Refund policy

Are you not satisfied with your order? We are very sorry, and we would love to hear what we can do to make you happy. You can return your order within 30 days, and we will ensure that the purchase price is credited to your bank account upon receipt of the returned item.

Return Policy:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition and with all tags and labels.
  • The product must not show any signs of use.

Returns: Send an email to: nfo@maple-wear.com. Please send the return to the return address we provide. We recommend including a track & trace code on the return shipment to provide proof of shipment in case of a lost package. The direct costs of return shipment are to be borne by the consumer, unless otherwise agreed. The risk of return transport (e.g., loss or damage during shipping) is borne by us as the retailer.

PLEASE NOTE: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Return address: You can send products that you wish to return within the scope of the right of withdrawal to the return address specified in the cancellation policy. Please contact our customer service at nfo@maple-wear.com to obtain the appropriate return address. In certain cases, an alternative return address (e.g., a logistics warehouse outside the CANADA) may also be provided. You will bear the direct costs of the return unless otherwise agreed. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. After receiving the return address, carefully pack the product and send it to the specified address. Make sure the product is well protected during transport and choose a trackable shipping method so you can track when the package is delivered. Once the product arrives at the warehouse, the seller will check that it is in good condition and meets the return conditions. If these conditions are met, the seller will refund the purchase price. Please note that it may take some time to receive your refund, depending on the seller's and bank's processing time. Returning products to the warehouse in China can be a complicated and costly process. Therefore, it is important to understand the return policy and associated costs before purchasing.

Home delivery refused/not picked up by the post office: If you refuse the parcel at the door or do not collect it from the post office, your parcel will be automatically returned to the carrier and we reserve the right to deduct $25 CAD from the amount you receive back.

Cancellations: 

All order times and deadlines are calculated using Eastern Time (ET – Toronto, Canada), regardless of the customer’s location or province.

Orders can only be cancelled within a limited time window, depending on the time the order is placed.

  • Orders placed between 12:01 AM and 4:00 PM (ET)
    Customers have up to 8 hours after placing the order to request a cancellation.

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM (ET)
    These orders enter processing the same day.
    The cancellation window expires at 12:00 AM (midnight ET).

Once an order enters processing at 12:01 AM (ET), cancellation is no longer possible under any circumstances.

To request a cancellation (if still eligible), customers must email info@maple-wear.com and include their order number.
Cancellation requests sent after the applicable deadline will not be accepted.

After Processing :

If an order has already entered processing or shipping, it cannot be cancelled.
A return may be requested only in accordance with our Return Policy, after the order has been delivered.
